IBEX Innovation Awards 2026 is one of the recreational boating industry’s most prestigious programmes recognising innovation, technological advancement and product excellence across the marine sector.

The Innovation Awards recognise products that deliver meaningful advancements across a wide range of categories, including propulsion systems, sustainable materials, electronics, safety equipment, construction techniques and onboard technologies.

The programme highlights solutions that enhance the boating experience while helping to advance the industry’s technical capabilities and environmental performance.

This year’s IBEX theme, Embrace Innovation. Master Momentum., reflects the creativity, ingenuity and forward-thinking ideas that continue to propel the recreational marine industry forward.

The awards programme serves as a platform for showcasing the latest technologies and products that are redefining design, functionality and on-water performance.

IBEX Innovation Awards 2026 Winners

Award winners receive valuable industry recognition and the opportunity to present their innovations to thousands of marine professionals attending the International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition & Conference (IBEX), which will take place from 6–8 October 2026 in Tampa, Florida, USA. Winners will be announced during the IBEX Industry Breakfast on the opening day of the show.

Entry Eligibility

To be eligible, entrants must be contracted exhibitors at IBEX 2026. Products must not have been sold in the United States before 7 October 2025, must be displayed in a finished, market-ready form at the event and must not have been previously submitted to the Innovation Awards programme. Eligible products must also be available for sale or order at the time of the show or within 60 days following IBEX.

Entries must be submitted through the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC), with the deadline for applications set for 18 August 2026.
