Peter Barrett is the Chief Executive Officer of Smoker Craft, Inc., an Indiana-based boat manufacturer whose brands include StarCraft, Smoker Craft, Sylvan, American Angler, Sunchaser, and Starweld.

A fourth-generation member of the Schrock family, which founded StarCraft in 1903 and maintains controlling ownership of Smoker Craft, Inc., Peter has spent more than three decades helping transform the company into a profitable, industry-leading global business. He has held senior roles across sales, marketing, manufacturing, and product development, and also serves the broader marine industry as Chair of Boat PAC and as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Marine Manufacturers Association.

Bryan Seti, Vice President of the Boat Business Unit for Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A

Bryan Seti serves as Vice President of the Boat Business Unit for Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., where he leads one of the most diverse portfolios in the marine industry, spanning WaveRunner® personal watercraft, Yamaha jet boats, G3 Boats, and Skeeter Boats.

In this role, Seti aligns product strategy, brand direction, and dealer performance across Yamaha’s boat businesses. He focuses on driving strategic growth, operational excellence,

and consistent execution across the network, ensuring Yamaha’s products, messaging, and retail experience work together to strengthen Yamaha’s competitive position and deliver value at the customer level.

Seti also serves as President of Skeeter Products, Inc., where he oversees Skeeter Boats, G3 aluminum boats, and SunCatcher pontoons. This portfolio spans tournament-level performance, versatile utility, and family-focused recreation, reinforcing Yamaha’s ability to serve a broad range of boaters. Under his leadership, each brand continues to evolve with a focus on design integrity, manufacturing precision, and category-specific innovation.

With a career rooted in marine sales and marketing and dealer network development, Seti has played a central role in advancing Yamaha’s presence in the U.S. market. He is known for championing a dealer-first mindset, recognizing that long-term brand success is built at the local level through inventory alignment, retail support, and consistent customer experience.

Beyond Yamaha, Seti is an active leader in the broader marine industry. He serves on the board of the Water Sports Industry Association and the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation and sits on the Boat Manufacturers Division Board of Directors for the National Marine Manufacturers Association. He previously served as Chairperson of Discover Boating, helping guide national efforts to grow participation and modernize how consumers engage with the boating lifestyle.
