Hosted by British Marine and the Superyacht UK group, Chaired by Ben Geary (Döhle Yachts) the 15th Edition of the Superyacht UK Technical Seminar was held at The Union Jack Club in London, UK.
ICOMIA CEO Joe Lynch and Technical Director Patrick Hemp certainly appreciated the invite and the opportunity to listen and learn from recognised industry experts.
IMO Updates
ICOMIA, together with SYBAss (Superyacht Builders Association), provided an update on the activities taking place within the IMO (International Maritime Organization) that potentially could impact superyacht regulations and compliance requirements.
Mensun Bound, Speaker, Highlight
A highlight was the maritime archaeologist and author, Mensun Bound speaking about his successful attempt at discovering Shackleton’s, Endurance beneath the Antarctic ice.
