Who Is Giovanni Soldini?
Giovanni Soldini is at the helm of Ferrari’s maritime enterprise, the Hypersail initiative. The endeavour centres upon the construction of a 100-foot, fully foiling, energy self-sufficient monohull yacht – a craft designed to embody high performance offshore sailing.

As Team Principal of Hypersail, Soldini draws upon more than three decades of ocean-racing experience, spanning both solo and crewed circumnavigations. An accomplished Italian yachtsman with two round-the-world campaigns to his name, he is celebrated not only for his daring seamanship but also for his pioneering spirit and steadfast commitment to sustainable practices. Through this project, Ferrari seeks to extend its technical mastery from the racetrack to the open sea, redefining performance sailing in the process.
Giovanni Soldini will be speaking at the conference on Wednesday, 15th October.
