ICOMIA and IMEC welcome new members – The Thai Yachting Business Association & Scania

The International Council of Marine Industry Associations (ICOMIA) is delighted to welcome The Thai Yachting Business Association as a full member, as well as the ICOMIA Marine Engine Committee (IMEC) welcoming Scania.

ICOMIA is the international trade association representing the global marine industry since 1966. ICOMIA brings together marine industry associations from across the world in one global organisation and represents them at international level, presenting a strong and united voice when dealing with issues challenging the industry.

IMEC brings together the major recreational marine engine and personal watercraft manufacturers. IMEC is a separate trade association but has a support agreement with ICOMIA and its primary aim is to maintain harmonisation of engine exhaust and noise emission legislation worldwide.
