About August Race Group founders
Sarah Wallbank – CEO/ Export Director – is one of the board of directors at British Marine South West and is extremely passionate about promoting women in the marine industry. Sarah received the special mention award for Women In The Marine Industry at the annual British Marine Trades Association Event in Canary Wharf, London in 2018.
Peter Wallbank – UK Sales Manager – has worked in the chemical industry for 20 years throughout Europe and is proud to have received with the Chairman’s Special Recognition award at the annual British Marine Trades Association Event in Canary Wharf, London in 2017.
Responsibility at August Race
August Race are focused on producing industry-leading marine maintenance products while always keeping in sight cost effectiveness for the consumer but our efforts don’t stop there. Over the last 12 months, we have rolled out our new paperless invoicing system wherever possible for our commercial client base and in addition, we now use recycled and/ or recyclable packaging for the numerous orders that leave our Devon base every day.
Looking to the future, becoming more efficient
August Race Group are always looking for ways to improve the efficiency of what we do, from regular vehicle reviews to the environmental impact of the chemicals we use in production.
