Pendennis Falmouth is a full service facility capable of building custom yachts up to 100m, as well as undertaking substantial restoration and remodelling projects or routine class/flag refit works.
The on-site facilities include two 75m undercover dry docks, which are 100% environmentally controlled with a state-of-the-art dust extraction system – perfect for large scale superyacht painting. In 2014 two new 90m construction halls were created alongside an additional 45m hall. Construction of a non-tidal wet basin commenced in May 2014 in order to provide direct seaward access to Pendennis with a holding area before and after a yacht’s time in the yard, as well as a base for short refit works for yachts of up to 100m.
