The Executive Committee comprises a President, 2 Vice-Presidents,
5 Members (all elected), an Honorary Treasurer and a Secretary
General (permanent). It meets three or four times a year.

The IEC concentrates on the environmental aspects of boating generally, including the environmental obligations on the industry. It works in tandem with the IMC.
